Virginie Marrer provides corporate and tax law advice to private individuals and French and foreign companies, primarily in the following sectors: distribution, transportation, new technologies, IT services, private equity (LBOs, MBOs). Virginie routinely works on the legal and tax restructuring of groups and has acquired solid experience in the field of acquisitions, disposals and transfers of companies.
She began her career as a legal and tax consultant at the Paris office of Arthur Andersen International and, following a posting to the United States, joined Martinet et Associés law firm as a partner before founding her own practice. She is the founder of Kipling.
A French attorney, Virginie graduated from the University of Paris II (D.E.S.S. in Business Law and Taxation, 1984). She is a member of IFA (International Fiscal Association), IBA, the ITSG network of independent international tax advisers, the “Institut des Avocats Conseils Fiscaux” and the European Professional Women’s Network.
Virginie is a regular speaker at international conferences.
