We handle all types of external growth transactions, partnerships, disposals and reorganizations in regulated and unregulated sectors. We are highly experienced in the following sectors of activity: asset management, insurance, pharmaceutical, renewable energy, agri-food, industrial supplies and transportation.
We have acquired significant expertise in LBO and MBO transactions, both on the acquisition side for recognized investment funds and on the sale side for entrepreneurs, family-held groups and industrial groups. We also assist executives in designing or restructuring their management packages. More generally, we handle all governance and executive compensation aspects of issues between executives and investors.
